Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior bankers, participate in every stage of the deal process, and gain extensive exposure to a wide range of financial transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including building and maintaining financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A, and other valuation techniques)
- Prepare pitch books, deal memorandums, and client presentations
- Work closely with senior team members on due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations
- Prepare client deliverables and presentations for internal and external meetings
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services role (internships and full-time)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
